Come
to St. Stanislaus for Fundraising Breakfast! September 19,
2010 !
Everybody
eats breakfast and many of us go out for breakfast especially
on weekends. Why not come to St. Stanislaus and enjoy delicious
breakfast, hot coffee and delicious pastries, good company and
worthwhile cause and incentive. This is the place to be after
Masses on September 19th!
The campaign to raise money to pay for the radiators is ongoing.
We are still a long way towards the $80,000 needed.
We are planning couple
of fundraising breakfasts to raise money towards this project,
one in September and another in October. The Parish Staff, together
with the Polish Choir, is organizing ones on September 19th
after the 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Masses. All profits will
go towards the Radiator Fund. Please mark your calendars and
plan on supporting this worthwhile cause.
 We
are planning to replace our church's 100-year old radiators
(some of which are no longer working) with modern convector
radiation units. The convectors will provide more reliable and
efficient heat, and are expected to reduce our fuel consumption
by 22%. The cost of replacing 40 radiators is
$80,000. 
Father
Adam has designated the proceeds from our Holy Saturday Swieconka
collection for the project ($2,400), and the Friends
of St. Stanislaus Foundation opened our fund-raising campaign
with a generous donation of $10,000. All contributions
-- large and small -- are gratefully appreciated!
